What’s New in NCIS

July 16, 2020

We want to thank you, our clients, for all your support. The past months have been filled with COVID-19 challenges for the industries we work with, especially Health and Aged Care. We understand your challenges, and are committed to working side by side with you to solve them.

We feel honoured that our communications infrastructure has helped alleviate some of the burden for providers across Australia, and we’re very proud to connect Australia’s most vulnerable people to enhanced quality of life and care.

We’ve learnt a great deal during these trying times. Here are four of the key things COVID-19 has we’ve taught us about the future of work:

  • Digital infrastructure will be the backbone of the post-COVID future for all industries – even Aged Care
  • Future workplaces will be a hybrid of physical and digital; we’re simply not going back to how things were
  • New opportunities for innovation, automation and simplification will boost organisational productivity at an unseen level
  • Locking in all the benefits that support innovation will require new digital infrastructure – those who don’t invest will get left behind

We’ve learnt a great deal during these trying times. Here are four of the key things COVID-19 has we’ve taught us about the future of work:

NCIS is a proud member of the Aged Care Advisors Network (ACAN)

ACAN is a network of professionals providing comprehensive and specialised services to Australia’s Aged Care industry: from banking to sales, marketing technology, construction and communications. It gives providers an opportunity to receive the services they need from a network of trusted organisations who understand their needs.

NCIS Managing Director, Dean Beaumont has been involved with the ACAN advisory board for over two years. During this time, he has gained a wealth of knowledge about the needs of Aged Care providers, from clinical care to operational requirements, legal compliance and the physiological needs of Australian seniors. NCIS is proud to be part of a network of Aged Care thought leaders, helping create value for organisations and improve the quality of life for older Australians. You can learn more about our role in ACAN here.

Welcome to Ray Chapman, NCIS Group Project Manager (Perth WA)

We’d like to thank our WA Project Manager, Ray Chapman, for a successful first year at NCIS. Ray brings over 10 years’ experience to the role, overseeing all phases of multi-million-dollar construction projects, from hospitals to hotels, Aged Care facilities, higher education and retail projects for both public and private sector clients. Ray’s skills lie in successful construction outcomes and developing strong working relationships with directors, delivery teams, architects and engineers. He has also worked with major clients, including Leighton Contractors, Lendlease, Probuild, Hutchinson Builders and BGC. Ray is an asset to our team and we’re thrilled to be working with him to help meet and expand Australia’s corporate communications needs.
