Developed by the award-winning Mark Moran Group, Sydney’s new residential Aged Care project at 1496 Pacific Highway, Warrawee. It will feature 105 light filled aged care suites with private balconies. The exciting facility also includes luxurious gardens, a cinema, SPA pool, cinema, AI/VR, a gym and some other exciting features, which are yet to be revealed. The complex will provide a world-class residential Aged Care experience while setting a new benchmark for luxury retirement living in Sydney’s Upper North Shore.

The Client's Challenge

Mark Moran Group is committed to providing leading care practices, well-being outcomes for seniors and specialist accommodation for dementia residents at its new Warrawee complex. The new development will meet community demand to age in place, allowing senior residents to stay within their local community. In developing its infrastructure, the organisation identified the need for a system which provided cost savings for both CAPEX and OPEX. It was also looking to utilise this technology for resident fulfilment and staff efficiency, helping the organisation stand out in a competitive market.

The NCIS Solution

NCIS Group are working closely with Alexys Australia in a collaborative turnkey partnership to install an entire communications package, including a Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) and other IP systems – WAP’s, Nurse Call, Security, Access, Intercoms and end to end cabling. With the bespoke design, supply, installation and integration of GPON, Mark Moran’s Group’s Warrawee precinct will enjoy a futureproof, reliable, robust and ultra-fast modern communications network to meet and exceed present and future technological needs.
