The 27-storey, Art Series Hotel Adnate Hotel Hay St features 250 stylish, full-service guest rooms with bespoke contemporary furnishings and hallways adorned with original artworks and prints. The hotel features a number of entertainment options, including in-room art channels and art libraries. With breathtaking city views, an outdoor pool, restaurant, bar and gym, the building is a seamless blend of art, design, functionality and all things modern.
Art Series recognised that it needed absolutely seamless communications infrastructure if it wanted to make its creative and technological mark on Western Australia. In order to become a hotel that embodies contemporary creativity, the building required a highly sustainable solution capable of migrating to network opportunities of the future. NCIS was contracted to deliver a solution to this challenge: a scalable system that maximised the hotel’s future technological potential.
NCIS provided the supply, installation, and commissioning of an integrated communications solution using a Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON). This will assist Art Series in standing out against the competition in Western Australia’s up and coming modern Hotel sector. It will also provide the following additional benefits to the hotel:
